Work Smart not Hard.

Thx but may we also consider that #Working hard does not negate the wisdom to do so with Smarts and wits. Don’t make an issue out of it. #Work smart as you #work hard. In fact you must also work within a context that facilitate working smart without working hard. But when you have one manager in an office doing all the work that 10-15 people did then you may have some problems. Either way to meet goals at work one may need to be smart, not to cheat or find loop holes to getting the job done. I’d say Rely on your team and always continue to work hard and be smart about it: Balancing the joys of life within a hectic high-volume and rapidly changing
