It’s O.K if some #Cops leave the Force... That’s part of the Reform.

Amidst this talk of #PoliceReform https://twitter.com/renaldomckenzie/status/1272891522535612416?s=21  the Men who wear Police are leaving. The Patriot Reports that approximately 600 #cops are considering leaving. This may be good as NYC Mayor was already considering to cut the police budget in NYC. These “Men” don’t get it. The frustration and anger that people have weld up inside of them as #Police over the years enjoy the protection of the state from their violence and their conspiracy and cover up. They stood together and watch as their colleagues murder black men while turning a black eye. The public is incensed and cops are threat to leave. 
FYI: The #PoliceForce and #Law and Order will always be here. It’s those who wear the badge that is transient. Cops are mere men who occupy or wear the badge but the office of the police or the badge will always be here. We need just men and a system that holds them accountable. 
By the way, Unemployment is high so I don’t see a problem getting new cops who we can train the new and better way of policing. It may very well mean we may need to get new blood in the force and train more black officers. And utilize community efforts.

Breaking: Russian military shot dead 51-year-old US Correspondent, Brent Renaud in Irpen

Kyiv Region Police Chief Andriy Nebytov said that the Russian military had shot dead 51-year-old The New York Times correspondent Brent Renaud in Irpen.  Another journalist was injured and is currently in Okhmatdyt Hospital.  According to open sources, Brent Renaud was a photojournalist and director, making many documentaries with his brother.  The publication itself has not yet confirmed the death of its correspondent. Police Reform in #America Must include Rebranding the Police ...Change their “LOOK”

#PoliceReform Must also include rebranding the #PoliceForce; changing their anti friendly countenance, stance, color,  clothes and updating their car. Their “LOOK” needs to become more customer or #CommunityService Friendly. Moral Authority is a currency that has lost value for Law Enforcement and when a currency looses its value it must change, the state must intervene just as the Federal Reserve Bank intervenes to protect its monetary value of its currency in this case the state needs to constantly intervene in the currency of its law enforcement. But this has never been the case. #Democrats and #Republicans are all guilty of their indifference and soft approach to dealing with and restoring  the credibility of the police. President Zelenskyy of Ukraine submitted an update regarding the War: The main points of his message in the video: 1. He calls for a “NO—FLY—ZONE” in the region, and stated that 74 percent of Americans support the no-fly-zone. Yet we have not approved the request, a decision that will help significantly, Ukraine’s advantage in the war.  2. The Armed forces of Ukraine hold all areas of defence and are counterattacking Russian invaders near: Kharkiv, and holding the line in Maykolaiv, Kyiv, Chernihiv region, Sumy region and Dobas.  3.
