Why Don't The Russians Rise Up? Ishmael's Story, A Jewish Russian American Perspective

Image
I sat down with Ishmael, A Russian American for an episode of The Neoliberal Round Podcast,  https://anchor.fm/theneoliberal   to discuss what's going on in Russia and in particular, why don't the Russian people rise up? It was quite interesting and revealing. The episode featured Co-Host Maurice Smith.  We made several points on the podcast that is worth mentioning here: 1. Ishmael is a Jewish, Russian American whose Grandparents are from and live in Ukraine today. 2. Russians are against the war but are too poor to do anything about it as they spend their lives trying to survive; many can't even afford a washing machine. 3. All Russian males are automatically drafted into the army. 4. Elites are connected to Putin and would rather sell-off Chelsea FC than speak against or denounce Putin who has helped to grease the pockets of the oligarchs, many of whom are part of the same fraternity. 5. Why replacing Putin doesn't solve the problem of the Ukrainian invasion, as Puti

Question: Who won the trade between Russia and the USA, where Victor Bout, Death-Merchant was traded for Brittney Griner the WNBA-Star? And do you agree with John A. Castro, US 2024 Presidential Candidate, calling Former President Donald J. Trump's recent statement on Twitter, calling for more insurrection, "treasonous?" and Is It Ok to Mandate Having Health Insurance That Is Privatized? Brittney Briner, US and Viktor Bout, Russia We discuss these questions on the Podcast today, which features several contributors, Maurice, Joesph, Jermaine, Donte and Renaldo McKenzie, Host. The Episode is powerful and highly explosive with intense arguments between the commentators especially concerning the Brittney Griner release as it has become a contentious subject in America, given what the US had to give up to get the WNBA star. The episode is divided into three main segments where each of the questions above are discussed separately. The Neoliberal Round Podcast Episode on the U

John Anthony Castro Calls Donald J. Trump’s Recent Statements, Treasonous

➤  John Anthony Castro A US 2024 Presidential Candidate replied via Twitter  to Former President Donald J. Trump inciteful and violence-riddled #tweet for he had an #ulteriormotive-another #insurrection and demonstration of extremist violence against #democracy and the people and this great #USA. Mr. Castro said:  “And there you have it. He’s finally shown his true colors. He wants to terminate the #USConstitution. For those of us that are #ConstitutionalConservatives, we will go to any lengths to ensure this never happens. What’s the penalty for treason again?” #realJohnAnthonyCastro via Twitter He’s spot on and seems to be doing critical thinking and wide analysis here, looking beyond the surface of #donaldjtrump statements, which seems to resemble similar statements leading up the January 6 insurrection. Further, it would seem that Mr. Trump has not learnt anything. No #justice or accountability have been meted out to the minds behind the January 6 Attack. Only the foot soldiers and

Come, Let’s Reason Together: Is It Ok to Mandate Having Health Insurance That Is Privatized?

You can’t require people to do something that in order for them to do it they must pay huge sums of money to greedy insurance companies that sell the service the very law is mandating.  How do you support privatizing health or motor vehicle insurance.... can you really leave it up to private companies to provide the service that you have required people to have in order to drive or address their health? When those companies are about making money and at times drive up the cost of the service that affects drivers ability to submit to the law.  This really baffles me that we can be cool as a country of rational people who’d allow this nonsense, unreasonable and dangerous modus Operandi that creates an opening for abuse and criminality. You see when you require or expect a particular behavior or compliance to a law that you have privatized, it begs the question whether the law is about safety or profits; it colludes and corrupts the process of law.  You can’t tell  or mandate peop

Introducing My Worship and the Idea of The Ultimate in Unlocking Divine Intervention with Music.

This Blog is about a Podcast episode we did that was specifically created for and is a live excerpt of a Sunday Morning Worship which explored the concept and practice of "worship" in theory.  The Neoliberal Round Podcast Episode on My Worship via Amazon Music Worship comes from Greek “Proscuneos” meaning to prostrate oneself in submission before the Ultimate acknowledging that God is more that than which nothing greater can be conceived or imagined. Yet, the conclusion maybe an internal experience of beings who are grappling with the external reality of life that signals a void within concerning the essence of life without any ultimate causation or correlational links based within the internal limitations of mind. Nevertheless, there is no denying the symbiotic and multiplicity of this deeply esoteric experience of the ultimate from a life lived within connections with the external that are within themselves beyond personal verification, only objective cooperation of what is

What is it to Question someone’s Faith? Isn’t it a matter of Theology, requiring an Apologetic Response

Kyrie Irving was redefined and his intentions reinterpreted to control his freedom of expression and masculinity which has always been the strategy to enslave & to control. What is it to question someone’s faith? Isn’t it a matter of theology, requiring an apologetic response.  What is it to question someone’s faith? Is it Antisemitic? …probably when questioning a certain belief or faith as faiths and beliefs are questioned and attacked every day. But isn’t this the modus operandi.  Listen to the Commentary Here Stephen A. Smith said in this clip on his show ESPN First Take that Kyrie doesn’t have the right or shouldn’t question someone’s faith or belief? But why is that so? When did we come to a point to not want to question another’s faith when this is done every day between and among faiths. The orthodox Christian faith call the Jehovah Witnesses “Cults” meaning a group claiming to be Christians but deny the essential tenets of the Faith. Moreover, Tom Cruise was seen as weird f

Breaking News: Nets Suspends Kyrie 5 games without pay for not disavowing Antisemitism even though he maintains that he is not Antisemitic

Breaking News: Nets Suspends Kyrie 5 games without pay for not disavowing antisemitism even though he maintains that he is not antisemitic. Question: Do you believe Kyrie deserves this punishment? Listen to the Episode on Google Podcast Kyrie Irving is in the news again. But this time, it's not about vaccinations against COVID. He is being accused by the Jewish community as promoting Antisemitism stemming from a video, he published on his personal social media page containing an external and independent film which seems to suggest antisemitism. Kyrie Irving issued an apology and met with the press today for a press conference to explain his actions and whether he was antisemitic. However, Adam Silver, Commissioner of the NBA did not accept the apology calling it unqualified. Nevertheless, Kyrie Irving was defiant and would only say that he was at fault for posting a documentary film which contained some falsehoods and that he was not antisemitic but that he and his people have been

Do You Believe The Midterms were Irregular And Warrants a Challenge?

Many candidates are declaring that they will challenge the Midterm results due to election fraud and irregularities. And guess what, they may not be conspiracy theories as we have encountered some election irregularities in Philadelphia. Question: Do you believe the midterms were filled with enough irregularities to warrant a challenge and was your experience like? We woke up this morning to the reality that there was no #redsea as if God had parted the "red sea"; as the GOP seem to be split down the middle with the #TheDemocrats which will preserve the balance! Yet, Trump seemed to be the factor that helped the #dems… and this … I have Breaking News regarding the Midterm Elections 2022 today concerning election irregularities in Philadelphia PA. Why are major US Businesses laying-off their workers?

Question: Why are major US Businesses laying-off their workers? The US economy seem to be contracting or that is what we are made to believe, with the slew of American Businesses that are cutting staff due to what business insiders and analysts are reporting as lower-than-expected revenues and profits coupled with rising labor costs. In this episode, we discuss why Businesses are really slowing and provided commentary on this within the present economic context of rising prices and falling median incomes while registering a significant increase in the Gini co-efficient which measures income inequality.  The points here are discussed further on The Neoliberal Round According to Business Insider, several major companies are slashing jobs from Twitter to Peloton".  The article available on MSN news, reported that:  "A wave of layoffs has swept across American businesses in 2022. The cuts stem from slower business growth, paired with rising labor costs. The layoffs span across in

According to Judge Sawyer, “Carve Outs” a

President Biden Reverses Marijuana Policy, Pardons Prior Offenses, How will Jamaica Respond if any at all?

Image
President Joe Biden Reverses Marijuana Policy, Pardons Prior Offenses Recently, President Joe Biden of the United States announced an overhaul of the US policy on marijuana and moves to pardon prior federal offenses here.  According to J Mason and D Chiaco of Reuters, nearly 40 U.S. states have legalized marijuana use in some form,  and Biden took steps further by pardoning thousands of people with federal offenses for simple marijuana possession and initiating a review of how the drug is classified,  See Reuters Article on Biden's Announcement) .  Republican Presidential Candidate and a contributor to my podcast, Mr John Anthony Castro commented tersely that “it’s about time!” I absolutely agree, in fact, prior to the 1990s, one out of ten persons used marijuana today, it’s eight out of ten people in the US. So the culture change in terms of its use/ acceptance supports this policy reversal by the Biden Administration.  So this leads to the question, how will the caribbean like Ja
