Do not price yourself out of the market thinking that you’re products are better than others and that you’re too big and historical a business not to fail or loose loyal high paying customers

I recently relocated and wanted a nice flatscreen tv that I could mount; So I bought a 65” 7-series Samsung TV for about $650 (tax and other services included). Years ago I would have attempted to buy a Sony to fit my need or want but it would have probably been too expensive for me and I’d settle for an LG or Samsung or Magnavox. But Samsung has become dominant over the last couple of years in the manufacturing and selling of electronics such as tvs and some tech gadgets; while still providing reasonable prices. I remember when Sony was king but they priced themselves out of the competition as they no longer enjoyed the monopoly or dominance they once had.  Companies never learn as they continue to make the same mistakes in thinking that they are too big and dominant to fail and charge high prices for “better products” while smaller up coming businesses provide moderate services and goods at cost-effective prices. These companies slowly got better and continued to provide goods (albeit better and improved services) at reasonable prices. Cell-carrier companies such as ATT didn’t learn from Sony and they suffered the same fate and allowed others to take over such as Verizon and T-Mobile.  Do not price yourself out of the market thinking that you’re products are better than others and that you’re too big and historical a business not to fail or loose loyal high paying customers.
