Renaldo McKenzie of The NeoLiberal Round Podcast sat down to do an interview with Mr. David Fair, Deputy Chief at Turning Points for Children and a Past Managing Director of The City Of Philadelphia. It was a follow-up podcast to discuss his Agency's recent transfer of its Community Umbrella Agency Program (CUA) a Department of Human Services (DHS) government contract program that provides Case Management to the city's Child Youth and Family cases that are DHS involved. The interview also explored the homelessness crisis in Philadelphia and the recent announcement of a salary increase in CUA Case Management.
