If you want to survive, do whatever the #Police tells you to do even if they are wrong. This is the solution to #policeviolence offered by  @AriFleischer on @OutnumberedFNC today. Absolutely ridiculous. This is what perpetuates police injustice and repeated killings of #blackmen... compliance of abuse.

It’s like a woman in an abusive relationship and she stays thinking that it’ll get better. She believes that her acquiescence and compliance will save the day but she continues to face violence at the hands of her abuser who has power over her. Unless she fights back she’ll die. Unless she has any real agency she will succumb to the pain of constant abuse. 

It’s easy for #AriFletcher to tell his white viewers to comply with police lawlessness and wringdoings to survive as a quick fix to dealing with police injustice as if this provides real solutions to black families deal with the realities of police “stop and frisk” or “stop kill”  and police violence everyday. 

When must we no longer comply when the police are wrong? Until we are shot in the back and paralyzed like Jacob Blake. White families are not gunned down everyday and face police incredible and lawless commands. They don’t have to comply to survive when they are protected by white privilege. So when you suggest that families must comply with injustice and lawlessness in order to survive, he’s not being serious, he’s not speaking “straight” or to my families who are taken down everyday whether or not they are nice and compliant. 

You know I wonder what the Republican Convention is gonna be about tonight. Are they gonna ignore the mood and temperature of the country and continue to hurl out pleasantries and defend a system that continues to DESTROY BLACK LIVES. Or is this destruction of black lives great for the #2020election.

Breaking: Russian military shot dead 51-year-old US Correspondent, Brent Renaud in Irpen

Kyiv Region Police Chief Andriy Nebytov said that the Russian military had shot dead 51-year-old The New York Times correspondent Brent Renaud in Irpen.  Another journalist was injured and is currently in Okhmatdyt Hospital.  According to open sources, Brent Renaud was a photojournalist and director, making many documentaries with his brother.  The publication itself has not yet confirmed the death of its correspondent. #PoliceReform Must also include rebranding the #PoliceForce; changing their anti friendly countenance, stance, color,  clothes and updating their car. Their “LOOK” needs to become more customer or #CommunityService Friendly. President Zelenskyy of Ukraine submitted an update regarding the War: The main points of his message in the video: 1. He calls for a “NO—FLY—ZONE” in the region, and stated that 74 percent of Americans support the no-fly-zone. Yet we have not approved the request, a decision that will help significantly, Ukraine’s advantage in the war.  2.
