Analysis: Trump Keeps Breaking Polls: Biden-Harris May Loose the Election!

Trump continues to break polling and defy expectations. Politicians with Charisma win elections in America. Joe Biden is not charismatic and has not convinced me that he can win or beat trump. Dems got Kamala who does nothing to attract more support. In fact I think she’s more a deterrent to him winning. You know who win elections in America? Charismatic people like Trump, Obama, Bush, Clinton, Reagan Nixon. “Eccentric” charismatic People who can influence. People who despite the odds can generate an undying and steadfast flock of followers. Biden has not proven to be that kind of leader who has won the heart and soul of Americans or a strong base.

Hilary lost in 2016, not because of any Russia interference or Trump collusion. That was just another “convenient reason” for people who were already turned off by her although they were Democrats or independent. The Russia story only seal the deal or provided more fuel to an indifferent set of voters who found her lackluster or part of the status quo. She did not command the support of black men who Obama had enjoyed. She had the popular vote but popular vote don’t win election, this is not a popularity contest; it is the ability to have a hold on or over people who are representative to the electoral college within a given election cycle. So Hilary lost because she was not a good candidate and did not have the hearts and soul of Americans. If she was suppose to win, and Trump was so bad, nothing would have prevented her from winning.

But look at Trump he is revered and celebrated as a hero, a bastion of hope for conservative or some white and black people (called Trumpists) and has an ideology called Trumpism. He’s beloved and enjoys the majority if not all of his party support and is funny and has a way with people even if he comes across as crazy or eccentric, he is still loved. Trump said once if I commit a crime people will still support me. That’s who win elections. People who are hated vehemently but loved passionately. That’s why Obama won because he had a base of euphoric die hard enthusiasts while at the same time hated by the right. Does Biden have such movement or kind of untethered support or fanatics? No he does not.

In fact I believe that Trump may yet again win the election. Not only because he is more charismatic than Joe and has a die hard following like Obama that Biden is yet to lock up, but because inspite of all of Trump’s missteps and so-called failures, a Pew Research Poll only has Trump 8 % below Biden. Moreover, the same poll found that Americans believed by a 51% to 46% margin that Trump would defeat Biden in the election. (Among voters, it was a tighter 50% to 48% spread in favor of Trump.)

The poll indicates that voters either believe the race will shift back to Trump or that the polling is wrong. Why is that? Well, If charisma and charm are running against intellect, reason and niceness, Charisma wins always. They love Trump. Even when they hate him or have reason to it is as if they can’t help it. It’s like he’s a superstar, he has that superstar effect.

The only solution I can provide the Dems is to make Joe Charismatic but you can’t “teach an old dog new tricks”. So what should’ve happened? They needdd a VP pick that would help that charisma issue and lock up hearts and souls. But it has not yet done that. Kamala who was weak during the primary and failed to garner any support and had to abruptly scrapped her campaign was selected much to my chagrin. The Biden-Kamala ticket lack fire and the responsive passion and euphoria that Obama had and Trump has. They are soft and may not Win.
