I ndeed,  culture of categories, groups and labels minimize, mitigate and or manage change.  Change is not possible when the people are divided. This “Divide” put people against each other. So that, those in “Power” can remain... panning to their “divide” in effect forming a shield of defense that protect their resolve against those on the other side of the “divide”.  Thereby, solidifying their Power and perpetuating the issues that bind and create strife. Indeed, Power uses whatever tools available to it to get what it wants and to maintain, at the unsuspecting “laymen” who are tricked in putting their membership in a group over their membersip of humanity; and shouldn’t this be a crime to put our group over the whole. Today I read an article about Facebook updating it’s terms of service so that it can have greater control of your social media content. Effective October 1, 2020, Facebook is updating its Terms of Service to add in this clause, ❝We also can remove or restrict access to your content, services or information if we determine that doing so is reasonably necessary to avoid or mitigate adverse legal or regulatory impacts to Facebook.❞  https://m.facebook.com/legal/terms/preview But when #Socialmedia Platform companies control your free speech by dictating what speech you should & shouldn’t promote, you may consider creating your own #socialmedia platform (or space) and then promote your ideas and thoughts. There is a movement or effort to dilute and corrupt the “real” realities and “cause” of our brothers and sisters who are Crying out for “Help” and “fighting” for change. We the American People MUST start to question and find suspicious, decisions made by our Leaders as some decisions are based in assumptions that ultimately deny and negate our Constitutional Rights and Freedoms.    In Seattle today, Police are clearing the CHOP zone and making arrests after mayor orders protesters to leave. Seattle Police Chief Carmen Best said she supports peaceful protests but "enough is enough. The CHOP has become lawless and brutal.” Barr said in a statement , "The message of today’s action is simple but significant: the #Constitution protects the right to speak and assemble freely, but it provides no right to commit violence or defy the #law,".   In effect the AG and Seattle Police chief have made a decision from a false claim based on a premise that is not been proven to be true, subtly drawing the correlation between the protesters right to assemble freely and their committal of violence or the defiance of the law by said protesters in Seattle

I saw a video that Trump recently released where he talks about being portrayed as the reason for all of America’s current problems. He may be right as the problems of race and police violence and inequality is systemic and historical. But he also talks about Making America Great Again and what it means. But if he is the victim in all of this citing historical and systemic social issues in our county that has been happening way before he was born as the real issue, then his slogan needs to be updated to: let’s continue to work to make America Great. You see to be Great is a #utopian state. A Heavenly idea that religious people talk about achieving. Do not rush to get a new Job right after you’ve been laid off or separated from your employer. Especially during this COVID-19 Pandemic when you’re collecting UE and or Federal COVID benefits. Instead, now  is the perfect opportunuty to do self-examination and reflection and reinvest in one’s career-life as the world is changing and evolving ever so rapidly.  In fact, a recent PEW study report indicated that most  U.S. workers say that “new skills and training” may be indespensable to their future career life success. That’s if you’re already rich or already have money or are privileged enough to get access to money such as a loan or inheritance or a gift from your ancestors. Then when you get it you can invest to maintain it. So the better advice is: the way to maintain “Riches is to invest money. I was doing some reading and I happen to put down my manuscript to peruse social media and the news and I started seeing some patterns which led to a thought from which I had deduced that Biden May yet be in trouble although Trump is currently suffering a wound in the 5th round. Because while Trump is down, he’s not out and he is good for playing the underdog. More in this later. Sometimes it’s good to step on toes, because it is then that you will get a squeal.  And, is it not true that it is in stirring the pot that you at times will find movement that effect sweet change.  Criticism and Protestation, through words or action facilitates Thinking which is not easy, it is critical, challenges previous thought and creates opportunities for positive and effective change. My comments and posts may be troubling and questioning but is designed to create ripples of critical thought so that we can think and re-think what we thought.

Thx but may we also consider that #Working hard does not negate the wisdom to do so with Smarts and wits. Don’t make an issue out of it. #Work smart as you #work hard. In fact you must also work within a context that facilitate working smart without working hard. But when you have one manager in an office doing all the work that 10-15 people did then you may have some problems. Either way to meet goals at work one may need to be smart, not to cheat or find loop holes to getting the job done. There is still this dialogue between police and community that must happen and there must be a focus on healing as well. Then there has to be community engagement before a smart pants in the house just meet in chambers push out a bill without having deliberate and meaningful discussions with their constituents. Now we cant allow the conversation of change and reform to delve into them vs Us and threats of violence; we only dumb down the arguments and process of change and redraw battle lines as if to brace for civil war. I have been doing much reflecting since Thy bout with death. Well I thought it was a near death experience having a gun pulled right at thee by He, the hands of an enraged “black” young hood Man just days ago. In my mind Thy is still begging for Thy’s life, but at times Thy felt as though Thy should have been shot at and Thy would not have made a “sound”. Thy ended up being the victim out of all of this but was at first the prey. When all was said and done He who had held the gun became the target of much confrontation and contention as he had done this awful thing. But the action had warrant the crime. And It was Thy who had wronged first... and now Thy holds the gun and He must now surrender an apology from what any man who oppose such advances would pull a gun to do. I feel that this sin could bite and Thy must now ask God for his forgiveness and Face Him to whom Thy must surrender. Thy can only accept an apology and confess. But is Thy Man enough to do so....
