BREAKING NEWS!! POLICE SHUTS DOWN BLM PROTESTS IN SEATTLE CITING FALSE CORRELATIONAL CLAIMS AND QUESTION-BEGGING EPITHETS

We the American People MUST start to question and find suspicious, decisions made by our Leaders as some decisions are based in assumptions that ultimately deny and negate our Constitutional Rights and Freedoms. 

 

In Seattle today, Police are clearing the CHOP zone and making arrests after mayor orders protesters to leave. Seattle Police Chief Carmen Best said she supports peaceful protests but "enough is enough. The CHOP has become lawless and brutal.” Barr said in a statement , "The message of today’s action is simple but significant: the #Constitution protects the right to speak and assemble freely, but it provides no right to commit violence or defy the #law,".

 

In effect the AG and Seattle Police chief have made a decision from a false claim based on a premise that is not been proven to be true, subtly drawing the correlation between the protesters right to assemble freely and their committal of violence or the defiance of the law by said protesters in Seattle who now have to STOP THEIR RIGHT TO ASSEMBLE AND PROTEST or fear arrest which is exactly what is happening. Here we have our Attorney General and a Police Chief blatantly approving the violation of OUR RIGHTS by alluding to assumptions without veridical facts and judiciary process, making scathing generalizations about the CHOP ZONE Seattle Protesters as if they know that they are responsible for the surge in crimes without evidence but by association or proximity - this is a question begging epithet. On the other hand, one may have to ask if whether a man and woman of their esteem are using fantastic strategy to villainize the protesters so as to justify their actions to round up the protesters and lock them up and quell and stop the protest.

 

This is their "il-logic":

There’s been a surge in violence in CHOP ZONE Seattle

since the Protesters have settled

and the Police left the area.

Therefore the Police should return and stop the protest.

 

Response:

This is bad logic because, unless you have gone through the legal process and have been found guilty, you’re innocent until found guilty. Why should the return of the Police mean Stopping the Protesters from exercising their Constitutional Right to freely assemble thereby unless as if to say that the Protesters are committing the crime, which is what is clearly indicated here by our leaders. Instead their return should focus on protecting the citizens of Seattle to demonstrate their constitutional rights without fear or favor and determining who is committing the real crimes or responsible for the upsurge. 

 

I Agree with Barr and Carmen to the the extent that we should tolerate protest but not lawlessness and violence. But to insinuate that the Seattle protesters are also lawless and brutal and then ending their protest is not only dangerous to and reckless but overreach of your duty and an abrogation of the constitutional and legal process. They have not provided any iota of evidence linking any of the violent lawless acts with any protester. In fact Barr and #Carmen and the #Seattle Police have themselves defied the Lgal process and #Seattleans #Constitutional Right to assemble freely by coming to a conclusion on a premise that has not been proven but assumed. Barr and the #Police have already made a determination that those who are protesting in the #CHOPZONE are committing THE crime, thereby alluding to an alleged certainty which then creates the basis or the bias to unjustifiably deny people’s RIGHT!! But, DO NOT MAKE THAT UNLAWFUL AND IGNORANT MISTAKE of generalization, ascribing guilt casually and cavalierly before knowing the truth. You beg the question by making an alleged discrepancy - assuming that the #PROTESTERS are responsible for the surge in criminality IN THE #CHOPZONE #SEATTLE And you omit “pseudo-appeal to association” when you associate the protesters with criminal activity in CHOP area because they happen to be in that area. While ignoring that the #Police have all but vacated the area since the protest begun which could also be a reason for the upsurge.

 

Please remember that good things provide opportunities for anything and anyone. Do your job as a responsible and trained legal official to investigate before casting aspersions of guilt on the innocent. You have arrived at a verdict of guilt before doing your due diligence and have made a determination based on that premature verdict to issue an executive order to remove protesters who you are not certain are breaking the law thereby taking away people’s freedom of speech and demonstrations on a whim on a question begging epithets that is illogical and fallacious.
