#Tuesday A #Columbus, #Ohio, #policeofficer  fatally shot an unarmed Black man during a non-emergency call last week. #AdamCoy shot #AndreHill within seconds of their encounter, as Hill walked toward Coy holding an illuminated cell phone in his left hand. If #blacklivesmatters then this should not happen constantly where #Police continue to kill innocent black lives without question. It’s so draconian. And the. You wonder why people want to #defund the police. I have attached the police officer bodycam showing the events leading up to the shooting, or after because the #cop tried to hide his actions by only turning on the bodycam after he shot Hill. It is not what you do with what you have but how you do with what you have that may determine the level of ones success, peace of mind and riches.  So you don’t have to seek positions or the “ideal” job to maximize ones earning potential, as you can be whatever you’d like to be and still make what you want; it all depends on your ability to utilize your skills, training, talent and effort to your advantage... and the connections, wits and trainings you have or have acquired can be used creatively, intentionally and deliberately to make what you do work well for you.  Therefore, don’t limit yourself in thinking that you can’t succeed as a janitor, waiter, schlepper (or mover) or any of those jobs people usually look down on as not very prestigious or good income jobs.  Certainly, if you’re good, sharp and critical and a focused thinker who can analyze and strategize, you can make more money waiting tables, delivering food... or whatever your predilection or proclivi...

But early indications suggests otherwise. However Congress remains #optimistic and is #promising to iron out the details by tonight or tomorrow!  The #stimuluspackage under discussion would include $600 #stimuluscheck for millions of #Americans, 10 weeks of #jobless aid, $330 billion in #small-business assistance, money for #vaccine distribution, and #funding for a range of other programs. It leaves out aid to cities and states as well as a liability shield for businesses looking for protection from lawsuits that Republicans had insisted on. So yesterday, I was heading to the office. Half way there I saw a lady that was struggling to clean off her motorcar in the aftermath of the dreadful storm, as it was inundated with ice and snow. She looked distressed and was seemingly overwhelmed and as I drove by her, I suddenly came down with this drive to stop my car and to help this “poor” woman in distress. I was already late for an appointment with a client but wanted to help this lady who was caucacasian. I, a black man, pulled over, took my shovel and snow scrapers out and ran to her car and started cleaning off the snow and digging the ice from around her car tires. It took me no more than 4 - 5 minutes. While cleaning, the woman whose name I didn’t get said “I don’t have any money to give or tip you sir”. I paused a second and turned and replied, I’m not doing this to be paid mam, but you can help by passing on the love... pay me by spreading this gift of benevolence and help someone”. A health care worker in Alaska suffered an anaphylactic reaction that required hospitalization and monitoring, within 10 minutes of receiving the first of Pfizer's two-dose jab.  As I’ve been preaching; while the vaccine does not prevent against infection or transmission of the covid virus, it was suppose to at least minimize and mitigate the adverse reactions to the virus. As at now we are still in the trial phase of this vaccine, we don’t know a lot and we are oblivious to its long-term effects let alone the immediate and short term effects on particular or certain individuals.  The Vaccine was supposed to help to alleviate covid symptoms but here we have the opposite where this middle aged woman, minutes after receiving Pfizer's COVID-19 first vaccine suffered (covid symptoms) an adverse reaction so bad that she had to be hospitalized, given epinephrine and will not be receiving the second dose of the vaccine. #Covid-19 Update: The vaccine is here and many Americans have started to receive it. But did you know that you can still get infected with covid even after the vaccine? The vaccine  only minimizes or mitigates the symptoms. You can still get Covid-19 and transmit it; and just so you know it's 92-95% effective. The CDC announced two acceptable quarantine periods, though noted that the previously-established 14 days of quarantine is the best way to reduce risk of virus spread. Officials said quarantine can now end after 10 days without a COVID-19 test, if the person reports no symptoms, or after seven days with a negative test result if the person reports no symptoms. But what has changed that the CDC can now reverse previous guidelines requiring 14 days quarantine period; yet noting that the previously-established 14 days of quarantine is the best way to reduce risk of virus spread. This is confusing and rather suspicious that the CDC would reduce the quarantine period while saying that the original 14 days is best... this is ambiguous and concerning; given the severity and impact of this covid pandemic that has all adversely imposed itself on human life and even changing the very way of life of humanity.  According to the cdc the reason for the change arises from an analysis...

Is it effective and wise a principle that says creating a culture of mistakes where it is acceptable to learn from them is ok? I think not. Nevertheless Ray Dalio Co-chief and Co-chair of Bridgewater Associates wrote in LinkedIn in an effort to advance a principle of the day:  Everyone makes mistakes. The main difference is that successful people learn from them and unsuccessful people don’t.
