“Society Places More Value On Thinkers Than Doers”.

I was watching CNN with my Fraternal Line Brother (LB) just now. We saw a promo of a new show that CNN is about to premier called First Ladies. It previewed Mitchell Obama and flashed several of her famous speeches and the Fmr First Lady in action across the screen. In one of the speech she said “...everyday I wake up in a white house that’s built by slaves....”

My LB latched onto that and raised an issue.... “who built the White House slaves right?”

He then paused and asked Alexa: “who built the White House?”, in an effort to be sure. Alexa replied “the architect of the White House is James Hoban”.

He critiqued saying I didn’t ask for the architect or the designer.

I thought about it and replied it’s because visionaries, philosopher kings and queens and thinking is more important than the foot soldiers or the doing....“Society places more value on thinkers than doers”.

Case in point: Evolution the process that brought God’s creative and visionary work into fruition, was almost ignored as our Judeo-Christian society prior to the Renaissance and Reformation valued and only engaged in the “Ultimate Concern” or Philosopher Kings or Queens, Visioners and the Great Architect or Mind behind everything and or thinking, without placing any premium on the doing part of that creative idea that spawn our world today and beyond.

Kyiv Region Police Chief Andriy Nebytov said that the Russian military had shot dead 51-year-old The New York Times correspondent Brent Renaud in Irpen. Another journalist was injured and is currently in Okhmatdyt Hospital. According to open sources, Brent Renaud was a photojournalist and director, making many documentaries with his brother. The publication itself has not yet confirmed the death of its correspondent. President Zelenskyy of Ukraine submitted an update regarding the War: The main points of his message in the video: 1. What is the ultimate of all things? That we become one with reality and with humanity in all of our individuality. A man said “Once you label me, you negate me” (Kierkegaard). I ndeed, culture of categories, groups and labels minimize, mitigate and or manage change. Change is not possible when the people are divided. This “Divide” put people against each other. So that, those in “Power” can remain... panning to their “divide” in effect forming a shield of defense that protect their resolve against those on the other side of the “divide”. Thereby, solidifying their Power and perpetuating the issues that bind and create strife.
