Defensive battles continue in the Sivers'kyi region to prevent the enemy from advancing to the capital from the north-eastern direction.
In the suburbs of Chernihiv, some enemy sabotage reconnaissance groups appeared they were trying to break into the city on armored vehicles, but were destroyed by Ukrainian defenders.
In other areas, tank and mechanized units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine with the support of aircraft and artillery continue to conduct defensive battles on the occupied borders. Fire defeat of the enemy by all available means is carried out.
In Slobozhanshchyna, mechanized brigades and BTGs of the Assault Troops are destroying the manpower and military equipment of the Russian occupiers, who are trying to get in, and have restored the position on the first line of defense.
The Kyiv Defense Forces are defending the city, maintaining the outer borders of the defense and critical state infrastructure. They are working on detecting and destroying enemy sabotage reconnaissance groups, which, in violation of international humanitarian law, disguise themselves in the military uniform of the Armed Forces, the National Guard and the National Police to infiltrate Kyiv.
There are reports that Black people are being mistreated; either left behind or not allowed to travel on busses reserved for Ukrainians. One Black student and another Black woman report that they are being told that Blacks are not allowed on the busses transporting people out of Ukrainian to the border. This is troubling and the usual treatment of black people, always left behind. In every crisis Black People continue to experience discrimination; at every level discussion towards black people is evident, even in crisis.
