Racism, Ethnicity, Nationality, gender, religious affiliation, sexual orientation and some people's
tendency to group people into race and categories is part of the strategy of control. While the social issues were treated as an isolated problem on their own merits, all provided a kind of distraction that
constantly put the masses against each other so as to protect the status quo and wealthy class who, as stated in my book "Neoliberalism, Globalization, Income Inequality Poverty and Resistance," have more in common than those of their race, ethnic groups, gender, nationality and religious affiliations.
This is what I call in my book #globalelitism where those at the top form a global elitist core group across societies that make decision that affect all groups so as to protect and advance their club. The global elitist club trumps any club that they may be in and while some of these elites may be black, they
may appear to identify with blacks and black issues, but this is a facade as they are drinking coffee in Scandanavia every year with their other globalist and making plans for their future. Neoliberalism looks at the new way of discrimination and controls in the world. It is at best a neo-Marxist view of Capitalism we now call neocapitalism, which is about nepotism and greed instead of saving and
handwork as theorized by Max Weber some years ago when he wrote the "Spirit of Capitalism and Protestant ethic." But the spirit is no longer a feature of American capitalism, only nepotism and consumerism.
Nevertheless, I am against beyond privileging a particular ideology. Yet Capitalism has given way to a new form of capitalism - neo capitalism or neoliberalism where capitalists are penetrating borders and
communities and these capitalists consist of peoples from all walks of life who are part of the 1 percent in the world. Those at the bottom ma need to understand the concept of Koinonia - community and family. It is a Greek word which means to acknowledge that what you possess does not belong to you,
but it belongs to God, and you are just a steward holding your God-given gifts to use with the brother or the community. What you have does not belong to you, it belongs to God, and you happen to be the person with the resources to share with your koinonia. This is a fraternal concept that may not understand since we live in an individualistic society based on greed.
Once we depart from this strategy of grouping people which leads to connectionism and ultimately an unfair competitive capitalist system, we will have a more driven and egalitarian society based on true
equality and fairness. According to Economic Historian at the University of Penn Walter Licht, it wasn't until in the early 19th hundreds that we see this drive to develop connections & associations that was set up to keep people out so as to maximize & maintain their wealth. This affected the working-class
population who were forced to find other non-lucrative means, and this helps to create inequality in society.
