Brooklyn Nets Loss to Lakers Saturday Night Speaks Volumes about their 2021 NBA Run... They will Lose!
The Lakers destroyed the Nets on Saturday (Lakers 126, Nets 101) without three of their best and star players. Yet the Nets had all their pieces but Kevin Durant struggled and looked out of sorts. In fact, he looked weak and old but according to the Nets he was under restricted minutes. And Kyrie was ejected with Schroeder (Lakers main shooter on the court at the time). Kyrie won’t play on Monday night due to personal issues. He has missed ten games already for all sorts of personal reasons. Moreover, Kevin Durant of the Nets won’t even play in the #NBA2K21 playoffs (my prediction). He’s gonna be injured as always and @KyrieIrving won’t play much he’s gonna continue to have personal issues, so it’ll be just @JHarden13, #jeffgreen, #blakegriffen and #Aldridge in the playoffs & they will loose in the first round.
Let me say this again... @stephenasmith @FirstTake the @BrooklynNets ain’t going to no #nba finals. They cannot even beat @Lakers who had second unit guys dropping 20 on them. 😂😂 and @KyrieIrving no longer wants to play for the #Nets; he wanna go play for LeBron James.
Mike Mazzeo thinks otherwise. He wrote a story in Forbes saying that the Nets are very capable of rebounding from their loss to the Lakers. According to Mazzeo, the Nets always lose like this and that it’s part of their identity. Wrong Mazzeo, it was part of their identity until they got Blake, Aldridge, KD, Kyrie and James Harden. But Mazzeo writes that James Harden was injured last night and according to Coach Steve Nash, the loss was due to “The Nets simply need to get James Harden healthy” (https://apple.news/AxLQC4A0TTrqvsCsm-uWE4A.)
So the Nets are putting their eggs in one basket - James Harden. But I mean the @lakers didn’t have @KingJames #AnthonyDavis #kuzma either and #shroeder got ejected in the third and the @BrooklynNets who only missed @JHarden13 could not beat the short-handed #lakers. Wow they are too too heavy. They will not win even if they are healthy. They lack chemistry.
