And Another Innocent Black Man killed By Police Today... No Policy will work on cultural ills.

On June 15, 2020 I wrote that Another Black man killed by Police.... With all the looting and protestations last week surrounding police brutality on black lives and inequities in our system, they killed #RayshadBrooks on Friday; he was just sitting in his car sleeping and unarmed waiting at Wendy’s and the Police made a huge scene out of this. 


Sadly today August 23, 2020 I am writing that same story as the cycle continues...Another (Innocent) Black Man Killed by Police, this time in Louisiana. Louisiana State Police are investigating the death of Trayford Pellerin, a 31-year-old Black man who was fatally shot Friday night during an encounter with officers from the Lafayette Police Department. It was captured on video by a passerby. The video revealed police shooting a man who was walking casually seemingly unresponsive to their directive to STOP. Did this require any such force. One unharmed black man and several armed police. In the face of all of this BLM protests and promise of change we are still confronted with the real reality that Black Lives does not matter and the police  needs rebranding or reforming. 
And again just this past weekend police killed a 20—year old black man (Daunte Wright) during a random police stop. How does a police stop turn into a black unharmed man being shot to death. According to the police who fired the shot, he accidentally used his gun as he has thought that he was using his taser. This is a police of over 25 years of service firing a gun thinking he was using a taser. How incompetent and ridiculous. That is unbelievable! 

It’s so cultural and deep, this callous attitude toward black men by police that policy won’t matter. What else must we do. They don’t care. Breaking: Russian military shot dead 51-year-old US Correspondent, Brent Renaud in Irpen

Kyiv Region Police Chief Andriy Nebytov said that the Russian military had shot dead 51-year-old The New York Times correspondent Brent Renaud in Irpen.  Another journalist was injured and is currently in Okhmatdyt Hospital.  According to open sources, Brent Renaud was a photojournalist and director, making many documentaries with his brother.  The publication itself has not yet confirmed the death of its correspondent. Police Reform in #America Must include Rebranding the Police ...Change their “LOOK”

#PoliceReform Must also include rebranding the #PoliceForce; changing their anti friendly countenance, stance, color,  clothes and updating their car. Their “LOOK” needs to become more customer or #CommunityService Friendly. Moral Authority is a currency that has lost value for Law Enforcement and when a currency looses its value it must change, the state must intervene just as the Federal Reserve Bank intervenes to protect its monetary value of its currency in this case the state needs to constantly intervene in the currency of its law enforcement. President Zelenskyy of Ukraine submitted an update regarding the War: The main points of his message in the video: 1. He calls for a “NO—FLY—ZONE” in the region, and stated that 74 percent of Americans support the no-fly-zone. Yet we have not approved the request, a decision that will help significantly, Ukraine’s advantage in the war.  2. The Armed forces of Ukraine hold all areas of defence and are counterattacking Russian invaders near: Kharkiv, and holding the line in Maykolaiv, Kyiv, Chernihiv region, Sumy region and Dobas.  3.
