A Case Of “The Boy Who Cried Wolf”: How Trump Lost the Elections And Cried Fraud!

#Elections2020 #Trump is texting everywhere saying: “The media is working overtime to convince that VOTER FRAUD didn't happen in the Election! THEY ARE WRONG! Help Pres. Trump & DONATE NOW: bit.ly/3eVIRDJ”. But Isn’t he doing the same thing... trying to convince that it did happen, with very little to no evidence as if “ex nihilo” comes something; and using various mixture of tactics that claim voter fraud while trying to encourage and pushed policies that promotes voter suppression.

It’s like when a NJ cop pulled up behind me while I was waiting in my BMW motorcar for the BMW concierge service late one night in the middle of nowhere on an highway and abruptly ordered me out of my car, handcuffed me and then started to search my car for something that was not. He determined that I had some contraband in the car without evidence and then searched for the evidence with hopes to find something that corroborated his unreasonable and baseless assertions. And then when he couldn’t find any evidence he dug some more lifting up the seat and then produced a paper that looked like a contraband and then took my car and arrested me. I had to waste money and time to get an attorney to fight the case which proved to be nonsensical and it was thrown out of court after a year. 

Similarly it resembles situations where cops who racially profile poor blacks in communities as criminals without evidence; assuming the worse and act based on those assumptions to interrogate and abuse innocent blackmen. It compliments a scenario when the police gunned down innocent black men on mere whimsical and racial assumptions that a boisterous black man with an innocuous or non lethal weapon is guilty already of violence and so police take them out before anything can happen. 

You know, It’s as if they’ve already written off the US elections as fraudulent before it had even begun and before it had ended and without any verdict of guilt. In effect what Trump and some Trump GOP surrogates are saying is that the election is far from free and fair and those who administer it are already guilty of some deep conspiracy to overthrow Trump. In fact it’s as if any result outside of a Trump victory is tantamount to fraud as he is not levying the same accusations about the election in states that he won where the race was close; just those where Biden is leading or won in. 

Moreover, Triump has been casting aspersions about the US elections since 2016 before he won but then his own commission abrumptly ended its investigation without finding any iota of evidence years ago as it was clear that it was not necessary no impropriety was found and Trump had won already. Yet, here here he is again with the same claims and says he is establishing another commission or group to challenge this 2020 election results under the facad that he is doing so to safeguard and protect American elections. 

But if this is his intention then why didn’t he continue this commission prior to the 2020 election that he had established back in 2016 so as to ensure that going into this election we would be better prepared and avert any issues he had raised before and he’s raising now. 

In actual fact, If anything, it would seem that Donald Trump is interfering in the elections and creating confusion and casting doubts and mass hysteria. And we know that many ballots were delayed on election day which affected the counting and the reporting as USPS had reported that their data shows that there was a failure to deliver mail ballots from voters across the US on Election Day. And we know that Trump was trying to change the #USPS policy so that he could delay #MailInBallots that democrats were encouraging as an alternative way to get Democrats to vote as historically they don’t always turn up at the polls such as in 2016. So Trump’s strategy was to get only votes casted on Election Day to be counted while working to delay democratic votes casted via mail, thereby discounting millions of votes cast before the election but delayed by USPS new policy, wow what a strategy!

We know that democrats and liberals don’t really show up to vote on elections at polls, so democrats concocted a new strategy to get their voters to mail in their votes as they were sure that democrats would vote in larger numbers this year but most usually don’t bother to go to the polls or there were fears like that of 2016 where many democrats didn’t turn up to vote, In contrast, this year they showed up for Biden as most voted via mail in ballots which is another way to vote in this country and Trump, initially fearing that, was doing all he could to stop mail ballots by changing the postal agency policy, casting doubts in people’s minds about mail ballots so as to get fewer Dems to vote via mail but it didn’t work. 

This year, the Dems voted in droves via mail. So Trump’s and the Republicans’ strategy failed and they then tried to get us to only count votes on Election Day saying the others (mail-in votes) are tainted because he knew that that’s the only way he could win by discounting all the mail votes. But that didn’t work, all the legal mailed in ballots were counted as per the law and the constitution. So now then he is going to the Republican controlled courts to challenge the election since all those other strategies didn’t work. 

The point is, our elections aren’t flawed. This contest by trump and the GOP is irresponsible as it really only amounts to a child “throwing a tantrum” after being denied  a sweet or candy. Indeed, Trump is behaving like the “boy who called wolf” where the child is making up or concocting a danger that does not exist but surfaces to be a “childish game”. However, this is a “witch-hunt” and diminishes the “American” reputation and ability to be the watchdog and bastions and example of free and fair elections in the world telling others how to do elections alluding to their own elections and citing others who fail to abide by their election system. What moral authority does the US (and Jimmy Carter) has to watch other people’s elections when they are questioning and doubting their own as full of fraud! 

The problem is, Trump's campaign has spent much of the past week in court with little success and without presenting anything close to evidence that points to a fraudulent result.

"You can't go to court just because you don't like the vote totals," Ohio State election law professor Ned Foley said on MSNBC over the weekend. "You have to have a legal claim, and you have to have evidence to back it up. And that's just not there."
