Violence is a "Sin"!
Violence that seeks to do any type of physical harm is a "sin". It's an attack against the highest ethic and command: The right to life/thou shalt not kill! Nowadays, we refer to this break from the will of God as unethical or immoral; in sacred terms, the actors are sinners or using the "profanus", amoral.
Physical harm is a type of violence that threatens the -sanctity & rights to life. It's an attack against life and The Ultimate (God, Allah, Jehovah, Yahweh, I, The Divine, Essence of Life).
Therefore no physical violence is acceptable. This extends to the activities of war, brawls, domestic violence, corrupt capitalism or business practices leading to starvation, poverty and death, terrorism, systemic brutality such as murder, aggressive assaults, #policebrutality, #suicide and Suicide bombings, genocide, withholding care or causing the need for care leading to death, and even abortion, which may be seen as thwarting and subverting nature and the progression of life that is Divine.
(Note: Sacer (sacred) v Profane (Profanus), the sacred and profane, religious or irreligious is part of Liberal Studies Foundations at Georgetown University, exploring the foundations of Knowledge which will be part of Neoliberalism book 3 by Renaldo McKenzie out in 2026). The sacred now refers to the Sanctimonious and the profane we now call secular to provide a designation in society based on one's divine affiliations.
