Developing Story: Major Break in the John Anthony Castro Case

In a dramatic turn worthy of the tortured American political stage, former GOP presidential contender and AI Tax founder John Anthony Castro—once known for his bold lawsuits seeking to disqualify Donald Trump under Section 3 of the 14th Amendment—may be seeing the first real glimmer of vindication.

Castro’s own presidential bid collapsed after he was convicted on federal tax-related charges, a blow he has long insisted was the result of prosecutorial misconduct rather than criminal intent. Since then, he has fought relentlessly to overturn the conviction and clear his name.

Now, according to documents shared directly with The Neoliberal Journals and The Neoliberal Post, a stunning admission has surfaced.

Castro alleges that federal prosecutors suppressed key evidence and colluded with witnesses, offering an undisclosed criminal immunity deal—a deal that was never revealed to the defense and, if true, would strike at the heart of his Sixth Amendment rights.

And here is where the story turns:
The government has now conceded, according to Castro’s team, that a Sixth Amendment violation did occur—specifically acknowledging the suppression of evidence. Even more striking, the prosecution reportedly declined to respond to Castro’s accusations regarding the secret immunity deal.

In the legal world, silence can thunder louder than any rebuttal.

Castro is expected to file his reply on Monday, including what his team describes as an emergency motion for immediate release.

If the courts agree, we may be witnessing the early tremors of a case that could snap back on the government with extraordinary force—one that may reshape how prosecutorial transparency, constitutional rights, and political prosecutions are scrutinized in the years ahead.

Breaking: Russian military shot dead 51-year-old US Correspondent, Brent Renaud in Irpen

Kyiv Region Police Chief Andriy Nebytov said that the Russian military had shot dead 51-year-old The New York Times correspondent Brent Renaud in Irpen.  Another journalist was injured and is currently in Okhmatdyt Hospital.  According to open sources, Brent Renaud was a photojournalist and director, making many documentaries with his brother.  The publication itself has not yet confirmed the death of its correspondent.
