Dear Mr. President, I've Learned from my Mistakes.

Dear Mr. President Donald J. Trump, I have learned from my mistakes as a Leader. In retrospect, in 2005, as a young new pastor at 25 years old in Jamaica, I made some changes The United Church in Jamaica and the Cayman Islands that were ill advised. I moved too quickly and although the changes were great, they created a lot of hurt and dwarfed the huge gains so that I was forced to resign as the minister to preserve the church. I'm in my mid-40s now in the US, and as I reflect I have learned that Leaders must move with careful intention and delicacy when making fundamental changes that affect their followers and team. change is good, but it must be a process that involves everyone and protects the most vulnerable. - Rev.
