A Quick Note: On The US Economy

The economy is doing well, but it still needs to be felt among regular or working class Americans, who represent the majority of Americans. Why? Because the gains are being enjoyed mainly by the wealthiest Americans. Studies suggest that income inequality is at its highest, supporting our research The Neoliberal Corporation that indicates this, which we have published in an article in The NeoLiberal Journals theneoliberal.com and discussed on an episode of The NeoLiberal Round Podcast. https://anchor.fm/theneoliberal and https://youtube.com/@renaldomckenzie. Moreover, poverty and homelessness are growing at alarming rates, surpassing pre-pandemic levels. Yet, we continue to tout the economy as a plus for the POTUS administration. We have to move beyond parochial economic analysis to one that is anthropological. I am re-iterating this poignant point here in this short bonus episode. #newscommentary Renaldo McKenzie is the author of Neoliberalism, Income Inequality, Poverty and Resistance and has a second book on the way.
