Chuck weighs in on Kyrie Irving's situation with the Brooklyn Nets via NBAonTNT last night at the primiere of the nba 2021-2022 season saying "First of all, you don't get the vaccine for yourself. You get it for other people,” Charles Baclay.

I disagree with Chuck for he can only speak for himself. That’s why he got vaccinated. 

And that’s not the point CHARLES BARCLAY. The basis of your argument does not speak to the issue. It is one thing to get it done for family & self but that is if you believe that getting the #vaccine actually helps & you’re not suspicious of the science concerning its efficacy.

Don’t be mediocre and surface level #charlesbarclay. You fail to understand the basis of some not wanting the vaccine and prioritize the Ends. You are changing the reason why we are told to get vaccinated to satisfy your position in it. There are those who doubt the science

If I believe that the vaccine is spurious or that there is some conspiracy at work given a track record of doubts around medicine and vaccines why would I believe that getting vaccinated helps my family and friends. Getting it only satisfy their resolve not mine.

I’m not against #vaccines. A man said to me yesterday that he’s never been vaccinated & he’s never been ill. Great I said I have been vaccinated & am ok. What was vital was that we both were able to exercise our American rights #individualism. That’s what at issue here‬.

Kyiv Region Police Chief Andriy Nebytov said that the Russian military had shot dead 51-year-old The New York Times correspondent Brent Renaud in Irpen.  Another journalist was injured and is currently in Okhmatdyt Hospital.  According to open sources, Brent Renaud was a photojournalist and director, making many documentaries with his brother.  The publication itself has not yet confirmed the death of its correspondent. President Zelenskyy of Ukraine submitted an update regarding the War: The main points of his message in the video: 1. He calls for a “NO—FLY—ZONE” in the region, and stated that 74 percent of Americans support the no-fly-zone. Yet we have not approved the request, a decision that will help significantly, Ukraine’s advantage in the war.  2. The Armed forces of Ukraine hold all areas of defence and are counterattacking Russian invaders near: Kharkiv, and holding the line in Maykolaiv, Kyiv, Chernihiv region, Sumy region and Dobas.  3.
